SHIPPING INFORMATION

VON SORELLA carefully ships our products with care. Please see our shipping rates below. Items are shipping within 2-3 business days from the point of purchase. You will receive an email providing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our U.S. distribution center, approx. 2-3 business days from your order date.

Ground — $5 flat rate
2nd Day — $21 flat rate
Overnight – $34 flat rate
International – $25 flat rate

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

VON SORELLA accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase. Items being returned or exchanged should be in unused condition with the tags still attached. Please also include your original order number in the package.

COVID-19 UPDATE
For sanitary purposes, we cannot accept the returns of masks, therefore all mask sales are non-refundable. However, we will do our best to work with you on a solution should there be an issue you wish to address.
